Small Congregations Kallot
No two congregations are exactly alike, and congregations of different sizes have varying needs. With this in mind, the URJ works hard to provide a variety of services tailored to the unique needs of smaller congregations. Whether your synagogue has 25 or 250 member units, our Small Congregations Kallot will address the most pressing issues facing small congregations today.

Join us as we study together, network with like-minded lay leaders and learn from a vibrant community of committed learners and knowledgeable teachers. Topics include leadership development, finances and outreach.

Part of the Summer Learning Institute

An intense immersion in Jewish texts and ideas with outstanding teachers, full days of study and spiritual growth, including six sessions of a limud (text-based study seminars), plus additional workshops and learning opportunities.

Kallah participants will share Shabbat with the Summer Learning Institute as we join in prayer, song and reflection.
