Vicky Farhi is an Outreach Specialist in the Congregational Consulting Group.  Formerly the Assistant Director of Outreach and Membership at the Union for Reform Judaism, she has spent the last 20 years professionally and personally focusing on building community and encouraging connection to Judaism.  As former Regional Director of Outreach and Synagogue Community for the NJ/West Hudson Valley Region, she developed programs and workshops encouraging exploration of and relationships to Judaism.  In that capacity, she also authored the Union pamphlet "A Guide to Sanctuary Etiquette".   She has been Executive Director of two Union congregations: Temple Beth Or, Washington Township, NJ and Temple Beth-El, Hillsborough, NJ as well as an active member of Temple Beth Or in Washington Township, NJ.  Vicky is happy to continue her work with the Union which allows her to pursue her passion for empowering people to make Jewish choices.
