Dale Glasser is a trainer of leaders, providing organizational assessment and resources for meeting ambitious strategic goals. A trained counselor, Dale listens with purpose and intent before tailoring clear and concise change management plans. His extensive theoretical background complements his hands-on approach to solving especially difficult or complex challenges. Prior to founding his own firm, he served as a senior leader at the Union for Reform Judaism. He co-founded the URJ's influential presidential seminar program and created many groundbreaking publications on management, administration, and leadership. He presents seminars internationally and specializes in organizational effectiveness, team building, and community service, initiative design and implementation.
Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Culture from the University of California at Irvine, a Master of Science degree in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts degree in Jewish Communal Service from Hebrew Union College.
