This full-time position is located in Bruceville, TX.
bookkeeper has primary responsibility for all accounting, bookkeeping and
financial management tasks at the Camp including accounts payable and accounts
receivable. The registrars primary responsibility is the successful registration
of all campers and participants in camp run programs including summer staff and
distribute, and reconcile all camp funds, which would include camper and staff
trip money, two week extended tuitions, payroll, petty cash, on location
accounts payable and international payroll.

Bachelors Degree required with a major in
accounting strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Jewish traditions, practices
and values very strongly preferred. Ownership of the mission of URJ camping
Ability to sit and use a computer for several
hours at a time.
Sufficiently mobile to get around rustic camp
setting which may require use of stairs.
Able to carry boxes of up to 30lbs containing
non?perishable goods such as office supplies or clothing.
