With a theme of "Learning to Lead--Leading to Learn," the upcoming North American Jewish Day School Conference will explore the different kinds of leadership needed to maximize each Jewish Day School's potential. This year's conference will offer a variety of learning opportunities to challenge and enhance your leadership skills, such as building an effective team or having difficult conversations; habits of mind, such as reflection or evaluation of multiple, sometimes conflicting, data points; and orientations, such as planning for succession or maintaining best practice within the context of shifting paradigms.
