The Canadian Council for Reform Judaism and URJ Canada represents 25 Reform Congregations from Montreal to Vancouver with over 30,000 affiliated members. As Canadians, we are proud of our Canadian Reform Movement and are also proud of our affiliation with the Greater Reform Community of the Central and Western Districts and the Union for Reform Judaism.
Our three major focus committees are Youth Engagement, Social Action and The Task Force to Brand Canadian Reform Judaism. These active committees have representatives from all of our congregations across Canada.
I am very excited to be the leader of our movement in Canada as well as Vice Chair of Canadian Congregations of the Central District. I am passionate about our Canadian Reform Movement and am committed to working with every one of you to strengthen our congregations across the country. I know that by working together, we will not only support our local congregations but also make a positive difference in supporting our Reform Movement throughout North America and beyond. I look forward to reporting our achievements during the next year.
