VOYA Financial offers a program that enables Union member congregations to provide their employees with a 403(b) tax-deferred retirement plan. VOYA Retirement Plus – a tax-deferred variable annuity issued by VOYA Life Insurance and Annuity Company – is available to all full-time employees who are not eligible to participate in either the Reform Pension Board plan or the American Conference of Cantors plan. Participating congregations individually sponsor their own 403(b) plan that the congregation can designate as either contributory or non-contributory. There is no cost to congregations that sponsor non-contributory plans. For more information on the program, you can download the following documents:
