Active Learning Networks
Act! Learn! Network!
What is an Active Learning Network?

An Active Learning Network (ALN) is new opportunity for members of URJ congregations to engage in a 4-month process to strengthen their congregations in a particular area by learning, networking and acting. Participants will learn through webinars and live chat sessions facilitated by URJ faculty and staff and with resources and best practices gleaned from the success of URJ Communities of Practice studying the same areas of interest. Participants will network with others who are seeking to make positive changes in the same areas of congregational life. Participants will act upon their learning and networking by taking action in their own congregations.

Active Learning Networks Launching in Spring 2014

* Please note:

  • The registration form requests two ALN representatives from your congregation to be listed – one staff and one lay leader (recommended) – in order to complete your registration. Should you have any questions about this requirement, please contact the ALN coordinator.
  • To complete registration you will need: temple name, size, city, state, current dues structure (for Financial Suppport ALN only), a statement on why you want to participate, and names and emails of two people to participate. You cannot save a partial registration and complete it later.
Be among the first to participate in this new and exciting URJ initiative!
