Reimagining Financial Support for Your 21st Century Congregation
We hear over and over again that current models of synagogue financial support are not working. Temple leaders are searching for new and innovative models to restructure their finances and to strengthen their members' involvement. Financial contributions to temples can be increased by strengthening personal relationships within the congregation.

The Reimagining Financial Support for Your 21st Century Congregation Active Learning Network explores practical tools, resources and networking opportunities to help congregations understand, evaluate and reimagine their financial support which is primarily comprised of dues, fees and philanthropy. The framework for this ALN is to understand financial support as it directly relates to member engagement. By strengthening personal relationships within the congregation, we can increase financial contributions to our temples. Building relationships is central to this equation, refocuses our priorities on the people and how they relate to each other, the congregation and to their financial obligation.
