Reimagining Financial Support for Your 21st Century Congregation
Over and over again we hear that current models of synagogue financial support are not working. Temple leaders are searching for new and innovative models
to restructure their finances and to strengthen their members' involvement.
The Reimagining Financial Support for Your 21st Century Congregation Active Learning Network will explore practical tools,
resources and networking opportunities to help congregations understand, evaluate and reimagine their financial support which is primarily comprised of
dues, fees and philanthropy.
The framework for this ALN will be to understand financial support as it is directly related to member engagement. By strengthening personal relationships
within the congregation, we can increase financial contributions to our
temples. Making relationships is central to this equation, refocuses
on the people and how they relate to each other, the congregation and
to their financial obligation.
Participation is free for URJ congregations. Registration for the current ALN cycle is now closed. Please check this
page for any updates or for information about future openings.
