Save the Date: Shallat Rabbinic Transition Retreat
Is your congregation welcoming a new rabbi as of July 1, 2011? Then your new rabbi and current president are invited to partake in the 2nd annual Shallat Rabbinic Transition Program and Retreat, February 12-13, 2012.
This new program offers congregational leaders ongoing consultations, webinars and materials about transition theory and practice, and teaches participants how to create and implement a successful transition for all those involved.
