The SCRF was designed to support small congregations (250 membership units or less) at Union for Reform Judaism-sponsored events for the purpose of providing leadership opportunities and enhancing leadership skills. Attendees are encouraged to share their experiences with their congregations to help create well-run and spiritually fulfilling congregational communities.
SCRF grants are awarded on a first come, first served basis.

Loans
Small congregations may apply for five-year, low-interest loans up to $50,000. Loans are awarded by the SCRF Committee on a case-by-case basis. Funds have been used for:

Building, facility renovation, or land acquisition
