Web Conferencing
Web conferencing allows two or more users to meet, interact and collaborate in real-time over the Internet. This includes voice over IP, whiteboarding, screensharing, and many other capabilities. Web conferencing is often used for live presentations (webinars), e-Learning and computer technical support.

    Easy to use and robust in features.
  • Microsoft Netmeeting
    Not as easy to use and set up in comparison with Web-based services listed above but free and already included in Windows 98 to Windows XP. Netmeeting has been replaced by Windows Meeting Space in Vista.
