The Campaign for Youth Engagement Strategy Team is a small advisory group, including Reform Movement constituency leaders and top thinkers and allies from across the Jewish world. This team helps inform the strategy of the CYE and its members serve as ambassadors for the CYE. The Strategy Team plays a key role in the CYE’s grassroots communications strategy: acting as liaisons to the communities with whom and where they have relationships, sharing when goals are achieved and testing ideas in the field. They partner with the URJ professional staff in setting strategy by: prioritizing initiatives, adapting timelines and measurables as needed, ensuring the Campaign is on track, and that it is achieving success and learning from failures.
