The Campaign leverages the breadth and depth of relationships that exist within the Reform Movement— its congregations, arms, and affiliates —and our local and national organizational partners to bring to bear the full commitment of talent, resources, and time that is required in order to successfully engage the vast majority of Jewish youth. To bring about this vision, the URJ established the CYE Vision Team and the CYE Strategy Team.

The Vision Team consists of congregational leaders and professionals, youth and parents, day school students, faculty and students of the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion (HUC-JIR), and the Board and staff of the Union for Reform Judaism. This team built the Campaign in the lead-up to its 2012 Biennial launch. Together they crafted the CYE Call to Action, centered on Jewish values, which provides specific ways in which all of us can help reshape our Reform Jewish communities.
