Mt. Scopus, Israel...a frail woman is brought to the stage in a wheel chair,
her music strengthens us all.
Carnegie Hall, 1996...snow? What snow?
My songleading has taken me from Brooklyn, to Gt. Barrington, to Ardsley, to
White Plains, to Warwick, to Lawrence,to Jamaica Estates, to New Hyde Park, to
Juneau, Alaska, to Rockville Centre and for 25 years to San Juan PR. In each of
these places, Debbie Friedman's voice raised my voice, her hands showed mine
the way on frets and strings. If I never said "Thank you" in person,
I do so now. Thank you, Debbie Friedman, for showing us the way.
