I first witnessed Debbie's magic was she was the NFTY Senior Songleader at Kutz with David Altshuler in 1970.
She enthusiastically taught
us new songs and also how to lead a group in song. The songs I heard then have
continued to follow me thruout my life and I always smile remembering her
music's influence on my Jewish life and think of the joy she shared with us
all. She will be physically missed but her music will endure.
