Initiatives pertaining to the management of the congregation are part of the responsibilities of this portfolio, as are programs that help congregations communicate with their existing and potential members. Many of the insights will have to be customized for Small, Large and New Congregations. We also want to distill the relevant research undertaken by the Union or other entities for our congregations. Other responsibilities of this portfolio include management of the East District Website and congregations seeking membership in the Union for reform Judaism.
