URJ - Union for Reform Judaism: The Union provides vision and leadership to Reform Jews and congregations on spiritual, ethical, social justice and management issues.

RAC - Religious Action Center: The Washington, DC office of the Union for Reform Judaism, the RAC has been the hub of Jewish social justice and legislative activity in the nation’s capital for more than 40 years.

ARZA - Association of Reform Zionists of America: The Zionist arm and voice of the Reform Movement in the US, ARZA endeavors to make Israel fundamental to the sacred lives and Jewish identify of Reform Jews.

COEJL - Coalition On the Environment and Jewish Life: A leading Jewish environmental organization in the US since 1993, COEJL serves as the voice of the organized Jewish community on environmental issues in Washington, DC, and is a program of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs.

EPA - Environmental Protection Agency: The Agency leads the nation’s environmental science, research, education and assessment efforts. Its mission is to protect human health and the environment.

FSC - Forest Stewardship Council: The FSC is an independent, non-governmental, not for profit organization established to promote the responsible management of the world’s forests.

Hazon: Hebrew for “vision”, Hazon aims to create a healthier and more sustainable Jewish community as a step toward a healthier and more sustainable world for all.

IPL - Interfaith Power and Light: Also known nationally as the Regeneration Project, its mission is to deepen the connection between ecology and faith. The IPL campaign is mobilizing a religious response to global warming in congregations through the promotion of renewable energy, energy efficiency and conservation.

NATA - National Association of Temple Administrators: Founded in 1941, NATA is the professional organization for those who serve Reform synagogues as executives, administrators or managers. NATA is an affiliate of the Union and has members from the US, Australia, Canada and Great Britain.

NATE - National Association of Temple Educators: An affiliate of the Union, NATE is the professional organization of Jewish educators of the Reform Movement. Through members working in partnership across the US as well as Canada, Great Britain, Israel, Australia and South Africa, NATE serves a wide variety of Jewish organizations by working to strengthen Reform Jewish religious education.

NRDC - Natural Resources Defense Council: An effective environmental action organization, the NRDC use law, science and the support of 1.2 million members and online activists to protect the planet’s wildlife and wild places and to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all living things.

USDA - United States Department of Agriculture: The Department provides leadership on food, agriculture, natural resources and related issues based on sound public policy, the best available science and efficient management.

USGBC - United States Green Building Council: This is a non-profit community of leaders working to make green building available to everyone within a generation.
