March 24, 2011 - Family Shabbat Worship for Every Age and Stage!

Shabbat is intended to be a family affair. In this webinar we will hear about two unique paradigms for Shabbat worship that is intended to include all family members - young, younger, and youngest! Lisa Silver and Teri Simon will share their newly developed approach "Kabbalat K'tan Shabbat" intended as a traditional service that is appropriate for a congregation's younger members (post pre-school). Rabbi/Cantor Dan Sklar will share the minhag (custom) of Westchester Reform Temple for weekly Shabbat morning worship known as Sharing Shabbat; a service for students and their parents together as part of a family school program.
