Join us for this exciting webinar, the first in a monthly series featuring our newly formed URJ Faculty, to discuss new models of membership. Our panelists, URJ Faculty members Rabbi Dan Judson and Dr. Ari Kelman, will explore what makes a Jewish community and how to fund it - including an emphasis on the history of the way Jewish congregations have been organized and funded, other funding possibilities and successes we can learn from, and texts and theology from Jewish tradition that might be used to motivate a different vision of community and the way to fund that vision. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact virtually with the panelists during the webinar.
