You may have stopped receiving on certain days or altogether. Here are some things you can do.
1. Check that you are still subscribed by emailing listserv@shamash, leave subject blank, and in the body of your email, type query * After sending this email, you should receive an email back from the system with a listing of the email lists you are subscribed to. "TMT" should show up as one of them. If it is not, you can also try resubscribing at http://urj.org/torah/ten/.
2. Check your spam filter or folder to see if 10 Minutes of Torah has somehow ended up there. Try adding the following email addresses to your addressbook or whitelist (or setting which allows you to specify trusted/safe senders):
If you subscribed only once and receiving two identical copies, here are things to check.
You are not subscribed under two addresses that forward to the same mailbox.
Lots of times people report this when they set up a filter in Outlook... if they have 2 filters which match, then Outlook on their local computer makes 2 copies of the message. This is the MOST COMMON cause of this symptom. Usually if they remove one of the filters, then the problem goes away.
If this doesn't resolve it, look at the full headers and send me copies of the mail headers from 2 identical messages. If the headers are identical, then the local user is duplicating the message, if the headers are slightly differnet, then we can figure out where there may be a problem.
