This site is for victims of violence, their families and friends, and the agencies and programs which serve them, both public and private. Issues addressed here currently include: domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault.
The Family Violence Prevention Fund works to prevent violence within the home, and in the community, to help those whose lives are devastated by violence because everyone has the right to live free of violence.
JWI is proof positive that knowledge truly is power. We are saving lives nationwide by training clergy, social workers and mental health professionals – those with direct access to women and families in need – how to better identify, treat and serve the victims of domestic and relationship violence.
Created to provide concrete guidance to communities, policy leaders, and individuals engaged in activities to end violence against women by the National Advisory Council on Violence Against Women.
Provides resources for teens, parents, friends and family, Peer Advocates, government officials, law enforcement officials and the general public. All communication is confidential and anonymous.
