The URJ Department of Lifelong Learning provides resources for congregational lay and professional educational leadership.
- Regional Educator:
- Sharon Halper shalper@urj.org
The Regional Educator serves as an advisor and consultant to congregations on topics of interest and concern.
I am available to provide staff development on a variety of subjects, information on and training in the two URJ curriculum initiatives, CHAI and Mitkadem, and as well as a resource person for your use!
Each Regional Educator also brings expertise in a particular related area to the position. My area is that of Social Justice and I would delight in speaking with you about developing congregational or school programs or curricula in the field of Social Justice. I can also direct you to other members of the staff of Regional Educators whose particular areas of expertise might be applicable to your needs.
