Registration Procedures
If you are interested in attending the Biennial and are not already listed as a delegate, please contact your Temple President. Only registered attendees with name badges will be admitted to Biennial programs, workshops, plenary sessions, and worship services. Take advantage of our early bird registration fee of $370.00 before October 1, 1999. After October 1, 1999, the fee will be $395. Your registration fee includes all Shabbat meals. Return your completed Registration Form with your workshop and other program selections to UAHC, 633 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10017, Attn: Robin Riback. When we receive your Registration Form and full payment of the Biennial registration fee, we will send you an official Hotel Housing Form.

Hotel Reservations
Our headquarter hotels are the world-class Walt Disney World Dolphin and Swan Hotels. Both hotels are located within walking distance of the Epcot Center, and courtesy transportation is available to all other theme parks. When we receive your full convention registration fee, we will forward you an official Hotel Housing Form.

Rooms in these hotels are $184 per night. Rooms are also available at the Walt Disney World Hilton, ten minutes away by courtesy shuttle bus, for $105 per night. The hotels are holding rooms for our registrants only until November 10, 1999. The completed Housing Form should be mailed or faxed to our housing bureau, Ayelet Tours, Ltd. Room reservations at the Dolphin, Swan, and Hilton convention rates can be made only by means of the Hotel Housing Form. These hotels will not accept reservations directly. Confirmation of accommodations will be sent by Ayelet. Please register early as space in each hotel is limited.

Airline Information
We are pleased to announce that Ayelet Tours, Ltd., has arranged with several major airlines for special discounted airfares (10% discount with a 60-day advanced reservation or 5% discount with a 59-to-0 days advanced reservation on the lowest published applicable fares) to Orlando. Ground Transportation
The Meers Shuttle Van departs Orlando International Airport everythirty minutes throughout the day and night. The fee for adults is $14 one-way and $25 round-trip; the fee for children ages 4-11 is $10 one-way and $17 round-trip. Taxis cost approximately $49. Rental cars are available at discounted rates through Ayelet.

BRINGING YOUR FAMILY TO ORLANDO?
We offer the opportunity for day care and baby-sitting through the services of a local, professional licensed agency. The Dolphin and Swan Hotels provide an infant/toddler nursery and a day camp with age-appropriate activities for children ages 4-7. Supervised day trips to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks are available for children ages 8-14. Please indicate your needs on the Registration Form, or call the Biennial Hot Line at (212) 650-4271.

Your children are welcome to join us on Shabbat. We offer specially priced Shabbat children's meals for Friday evening dinner and Saturday lunch. On Saturday, during the Shabbat morning service and sermon, there will be special Shabbat activities for children ages 3-10, followed by a special Family Shabbat Luncheon. Walt Disney World tickets and packages are available at a discounted convention rate. The advance purchase prices are an especially good savings and offer some options not otherwise available to Walt Disney World visitors. You may order your tickets directly from Ayelet Tours, Ltd. You will also receive an order form for tickets with your Hotel Housing Form.
