What Our Students Have Said

"I have been completely enthralled by what has been presented, how it has been discussed, and the quality of the teaching. I think I expected to learn 'stuff', instead I have been exposed to a way of thinking that I can use for the rest of my life."

"I actually enjoyed it. (I didn't expect to). [The rabbi] was inspirational, funny, accessible, so "with it". It was an honor and pleasure to get to spend this time with her. I learned a lot, and am motivated to learn more."

"It seemed appropriately Jewish to me to have the emphasis on looking at the texts and the stories as a basis for exploring the ideas of the course--not only did we have an introduction to ideas of Judaism, but we were introduced in a typical manner of discussion."

"I leave with more, but better questions, and an interest in exploring the text in a new way."

"A great approach to teaching through various text, makes it accessible to all--irrespective of background."

"I enjoyed the rabbi's warm and welcoming style. It was a perfect starting place for me and my fiancee. I was a bit worried about bringing [my fiancee] here, that it might prevent further investigations, but if anything it opened some new doors."

"I wish this course could go on and on..."
