PEP-RJ (formerly Program Directors of Reform Judaism, PDRJ) provides educational and professional development and networking opportunities for Program Engagement Professionals in Reform congregations. They also strive to create resources for congregations contemplating the addition of a Program Engagement Professioal to their staff and for individuals thinking about becoming Program Engagement Professionals. Communicate! Program Bank

Communicate! is the online Resource Bank of programs and ideas, contacts and resources created by Union for Reform Judaism members for the use of our Union congregations. Created in 1994 so that synagogues could share their best practices, successful and replicable program and ideas, the Resource Bank continues to grow as congregations and the Union add to it.
