Adult learners need to direct their own learning. In the Reform Movement, Jewish professionals advocate for themselves and their profession through professional associations. RYPA represents a group of adults prepared to assume responsibility for their own professional growth and support. We believe that by forming an organization we will be successful in building a profession that will ultimately benefit tweens, teens, their families and the future of Reform Judaism.
