For family services we went through Mishkan T'filah (MT) and copied the pages we wanted, scanned them electronically and created a PowerPoint slide show from them. We use that for family services and a similar PowerPoint for our Religious School T'filah. After some feedback from attendees at the first family services we put out twenty or so copies of the MT for those who feel more comfortable holding a book.
