Welcome to iWorship Wisdom, a selection of insightful postings from the Union for Reform Judaism's iWorship listserv. The iWorship listserv is a simple email-based subscription group that provides a forum for sharing information and ideas about Reform Jewish worship.
Now you, too, can learn from the Movement's ongoing virtual discussion about worship issues that began in January 2000. We've taken selected iWorship postings and made them easy to use, organized by subject. We encourage you to use iWorship Wisdom as a resource for your Ritual Committee and your congregation.
Within each subject you will find a diversity of opinions expressed. Our intent is to portray the variety of ways in which our Movement's congregations shape their worship. The Joint Commission on Worship, Music and Religious Living supports and encourages dialogue and diversity on issues of worship.
This site will be updated periodically as new topics are explored on iWorship.
Thank you to all the authors whose postings are shared on this site. "Ben Zoma said: Who are wise? Those who learn from all people?" [Pirkei Avot 4:1]
