B'rachah for Hand Washing

  1. Nov 2006 Digest 164

If you want to follow the traditional custom, the following is recited, "He will destroy death forever; the Lord God will wipe away tears from every face, and will remove from all the earth all insult, against his people; for the Lord has spoken." This is from Isaiah 25:8 if you want the exact Hebrew.

But the Reform Movement follows a bit different tradition, and I would refer you to the book published by the CCAR, On the Doorposts of Your House, starting at page 176 for customs and prayers for a House of Mourning after returning from a funeral.
