Three NFTY-SW Sophomores participated in the RAC's L'taken (a 4-day advocacy program) a few weeks ago. They then shared the advocacy tools they learned at Ltaken with the Temple Kol Ami Congregation community during NFTY-SW Social Action Weekend. At Ltaken, they lobbied for issues central to the values of the Reform movement. At the NFTY-SW Social Action Weekend, they helped out their local community. Both experiences are valuable assets in effecting change for ourselves, our families, and everyone around us.
