FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there an age requirement for the Meitav Pilot Program?
You must be a sophomore, junior or senior in high school in order to be eligible for membership in the program.
Do I have to participate in all of the components of the Meitav Pilot Program?
No.  Being a member of Meitav gives you access to all of the content and programs, but it is not compulsory that you attend every Meitav offering. However, the more you put into being a member of Meitav, the more you'll get out of it!
What happens if I am a Sophomore or Junior in 2007-2008 and the Meitav Program changes during my Junior year?

There is a chance that the Meitav program will change in 2008-2009.  We will keep you informed during the year as we make progress with the 2008-2009 program.  There is also the possibility that in the future the Meitav Program will include a fellowship component for those members who qualify.

Is There an additional membership fee if I continue as a Meitav member in 2008-2009 and/or 2009-2010?

There is a chance that the Meitav program will change beginning with the 2008-2009 school year. So, we can not guarantee what the cost structure will be. If the program were to continue in a similar model to the 2007-2008 model, there would be a membership fee each year, however the fee would decrease in the second year of membership. So, if in the first year you paid $180.00, in the second year you would pay less.

Will there be opportunities to continue with my learning post-high school?
We have plans to pilot some Meitav college alumni programs as early as Spring 2008. The program will likely include one or two optional retreats per year, along with two – three web and phone seminars.
