Sue Shandler grew up going to a minimalist canoe camp in Northern Minnesota and is still amazed at all the stuff that her children bring to Camp Harlam each summer. She is an active member of her synagogue where she ran the monthly potluck (prior to the pandemic), is known to ask a million questions and sometimes pronounces the words wrong. In the summer, when not working within the field of early childhood special education, Sue waits patiently for photos and letters from her kids at camp.
