February 8, 2017Kate Bigam Kaput

Can’t make it to the upcoming URJ Youth Summit, but wish you could be a part of the learning? You can!

  • Watch it live. Get updates in real time at NFTYConvention.org beginning Friday, February 17.
  • Follow along on social media. We'll be tweeting from @URJorg and @NFTY using the hashtags #URJYouthSummit and #NFTYConvention. Follow along there and on Facebook to see pictures, watch videos, and hear stories from more than 1,400 teens and youth professionals throughout the weekend as we come together to empower teens as agents of change.
  • Join our "YamJam Live." At 3:00pm on Friday, February 17th, we'll be live in The Tent, the Reform Movement's social networking platform, with our keynote speakers: Dr. Betsy Stone, psychologist & teacher at HUC-JIR, & Michelle Shapiro Abraham, RJE, Director of Learning and Innovation, URJ Youth.

Be part of a live, vibrant discussion as they teach us about how to participate in effective, long-lasting mentoring relationships. There's nothing to register for and nothing to download; just be sure you're a member of The Tent, and that you've joined the Youth Engagement group within it. As Michelle and Betsy talk about mentoring, we'll be posting related questions and conversation-starters as a way to continue the learning and community online.

Have questions? Contact Larry Glickman, the URJ's director of network engagement and collaboration.
