Review of clergy, professional staff, and the role of lay leadership is essential for the health and vitality of 21st century congregational communities. Review includes thoughtful and intentional discussion of balancing the immediate needs of the congregation while discerning plans for the future. A well-structured and healthy review process sets the direction for leadership development, identifying areas of strengths, challenges, and areas for essential growth.
We are seeking congregations to pilot the Reform Movement's Values-Based Review resource for cantors and other (non rabbinic) congregational professionals. If you are interested in learning about participating in the pilot for the Values-Based Review resource, join us for an informational webinar, which will take place on Thursday, February 15th at 8pm ET. This webinar will provide an overview of the resource and details of what it will mean to serve as a pilot congregation.
You can sign up to be a pilot congregation through Monday, March 19th. For more information, request access to the Reform Movement's Values-Based Review resource, or contact the URJ Leadership Institute.
