Interfaith, and Multi-Racial Individuals and Families SHARE BY Presented by SYNERGY in partnership with the Jewish Reconstructionist Communities, the Union for Reform Judaism, the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, and Keshet.  Engage in open dialogue and learn ways to welcome people who all-too-often feel excluded from synagogue life. Clergy and congregational professional and lay leaders who have a role in membership outreach and engagement will hear personal stories of those affected by the challenges and what could have made a difference, learn effective practices from synagogues that are focusing on inclusion, and take home practical tools and strategies that can be used in their congregations.
