We are proud to be the recipient of a grant from UJA Federation of NY to bring important programming to our area.  (You may have even received publicity from UJA about this series).

We hope that you will join us...

Beyond Counting Heads:  Changing the Culture of Your Congregation"

If we are to sustain engagement so that congregations can fulfill their purpose, we must change our culture about what success means and how we measure it and reinforce it.

Facilitated by:

Amy Asin

Vice President, Strengthening Congregations

Union for Reform Judaism

The sessions will be structured as follows:

Session 1:  May 12, 2016 - 7-9PM

Community Synagogue of Rye

200 Forest Avenue, Rye, NY

Register for Session 1 by clicking:  Session 1 Registration

(There will also be sessions on Long Island and in Manhattan at the same date and time.

If these are more convenient for you to attend, you can register for any location).

•           Learn more about the connection between measurement and change and how what we measure and talk about changes what we do.

•           Acquire a vocabulary for a new way of talking about success in congregations

•           Learn how to make the case to your leadership and congregation for the addition of new measures

Open to all congregational professionals and volunteers.

Please forward to leaders you think would benefit from such a session.
