More than ever, today's synagogues need tools and support to sustain financial health, care for their facilities, and manage day-to-day operations. The URJ has initiated two Communities of Practice to help congregations:

Finding the Sacred in the Mundane: Reimagining FInancial Support
Participating congregations will learn about, experiment with and create innovative, relational-based dues, fees and philanthropic models of finance that can increase both congregational funding and membership engagement.

Reimagining Financial Support in the 21st Century
This Community of Practice has brought together congregations interested in exploring various financial models beginning March 2013.

Additionally, URJ congregational leaders can find and share resources, discuss challenges, and learn from peers in discussion groups in The Tent, the communication and collaboration platform for leaders in the Reform Movement.
