About the Job, The Office Manager is the catalyst for smooth and reliable day-to-day operations.  The ideal candidate enjoys serving in a synagogue workplace.  The candidate can work well independently, and in a team, is a good communicator, can manage multiple projects, coordinate events, manage the logistics for holidays, events and is tech-savvy.  The work includes interfacing with the temple’s membership, supervising administrative support for the clergy, and attending Board and lay-leadership meetings as appropriate.  The Office Manager will manage the administration of fundraising and development reports.  Enthusiasm, honesty, a positive attitude and a sense of humor are essential.
