URJ Full Time Early Education CoP

The URJ Full-time Early Education (FTEE) Community of Practice engaged congregations that are interested in making full-time early education a priority by either enhancing their current full-time early education program, or transforming their part-time pre-school into a full-time school.

Through an 18-month process, which began fall 2016, participating congregations learned best principles and practices from the field, built a network of peer support and guidance, and drafted execute pilots and experimental initiatives for their own community. Participants shared measurable results with the cohort and the larger Reform Movement. Participation included monthly webinars and conference calls, as well as an in-person gathering.
