The URJ Full-time Early Education (FTEE) Community of Practice engages congregations that are interested in making full-time early education a priority by either enhancing their current full-time early education program, or transforming their part-time pre-school into a full-time school.
Through an 18-month process, beginning in fall 2016, participating congregations learn best principles and practices from the field, build a network of peer support and guidance, and draft and execute pilots and experimental initiatives for their own community. Participants will share measurable results with the cohort and the larger Reform Movement. Participation includes monthly webinars and conference calls, as well as an in-person gathering.
Registration is now closed for the current cycle of this CoP.
