NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR TEMPLE ADMINISTRATION (NATA) 

The NATA Code of Ethics is intended to provide a support mechanism that articulates the expectations and standards for ethical behavior for NATA members and staff and will provide the structures and processes necessary to implement and enforce the Code. ​

If you have experienced or witnessed any harassment, abuse, or misconduct at a URJ worksite, camp, or program, please contact Ombuds, Caroline Cuneo (ombudsurj@gmail.com) or URJ General Counsel and Vice President Missy Johnson (report@URJ.org). ​ 

The URJ will not enforce severance agreement confidentiality/non-disparagement provisions when victims and survivors report misconduct through designated reporting channels or share as part of a restorative process. ​
