Resolved, that the President of this Board be and is hereby empowered to appoint a Pro Falasha Committee of which he shall be a member and first chairman, which Committee shall take into consideration what steps may be advisable in order to preserve to Judaism the Falashas of Abyssinia, no restriction to be imposed upon the President in the selection of said Committee."
