Youth Professional 101 Fellowship

This unique program brings together full and part-time youth professionals in the first two years of their careers to learn with experts in the field, create a peer-to-peer learning group, and explore how to create meaningful and sustainable youth engagement models in their community.

CLASP: Camp Leadership & Synagogue Professional Fellowship

URJ will be partnering with fourteen congregations in 2019 to create full time youth professional positions that spend their academic year with the congregation and their summer with camp. Building on the foundation of the URJ Service Corps program that brought camp counselors into congregations for 5 hours a week, this initiative creates full time positions which will have a deeper and more meaningful impact on camp and congregation alike.
