Facilities Manager, Camp Newman

The primary responsibility of the Facilities Manager is to provide a safe, clean, and attractive environment for all users of URJ Camp Newman. The Facilities Manager is responsible for year-round oversight of the entire 485-acre facility, supervision and management of maintenance and facility staff as well as outside vendors, and hands-on maintenance of the facility. The Facilities Manager, in collaboration with the Executive Director, Camp Director, Retreat Center Director, and the URJ’s Director of Construction and Facilities will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Camp, and protection of life and property at Camp.
