The Benchmarking & Metrics Associate will assist in the
creation, analysis and use of information reflecting trends, demographic
information, and statistics about the Reform Movement.
Design and implementation of research projects
to obtain data needed to support Union and Movement initiatives
Conducting interviews or gathering data from
faculty, staff, external stakeholders, and other to obtain information to stay
abreast of URJ and Reform Movement trends
Performing institutional research, analysis and
Guaranteeing quality and continually striving to
improve business process, data collection and analysis
Creating and directing the preparation and
delivery of URJ surveys as required
Analyzing survey data and disseminating
research. Presenting information to senior leadership and other cohorts as
necessary and publishing relevant findings for the larger community.
Applying statistical techniques to survey data
and historical or comparative information.
Communicating complex statistical analyses in
user-friendly reports, explaining data implications relevant to a variety of
stakeholders at all levels of sophistication
Using technology to capture and analyze myriad
data and create reports
Student who is comfortable with quantitative
Can be studying accounting, business,
statistics, or any other analytical discipline
Must be skilled at use of Excel and
knowledgeable in use of statistical software
$15/hour, year-round position.
