A Voice Not a Veto: Walking with Jewish Law/Halacha

In this three-week series, we will examine the nature of Jewish law (Halacha), how it evolved, and how we, as a non-Orthodox progressive community, see and feel its impact. We will look at the major Jewish law code, the Shulchan Aruch, as well as other key codes, and ask if we now need a Liberal Code of Jewish law. What might we include – or leave out?
