Talk for a Change is a URJ initiative aimed at fostering communities where people can have open conversations, even around difficult topics.
We believe it is more necessary than ever to create a culture of constructive, respectful dialogue and engage with curiosity when we have different points of view.
While Talk for a Change can explore any difficult topic, we have identified Israel, antisemitism, democracy, and communities of belonging as priorities, and you’ll see those topics reflected in the Conversation Cards.
The resources on this page are designed to help you facilitate and navigate tough, yet critically important, conversations with your own friends, family, and community.
