Allison Gelman is a manager of the Leadership Institute for the Union for Reform Judaism. Allison, whose focus is synagogue finances and alternative funding options, is a member of the National Association of Temple Administrators and was previously the office manager for Lakeside Congregation in Highland Park, IL. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2011 from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL, where she double majored in politics and history. Allison lives in Tampa, FL, with her husband and son.
