Julie Lambert, RJE (MAJE/MAJNM) (she/her) is the associate director of congregational innovation for the Union for Reform Judaism. She serves as a part of the innovation strategy team, where she is using her expertise in professional learning design and facilitation to increase the intentionality, efficiency, and accountability of the of the URJ innovation and change models. Her work centers on designing network learning opportunities, program design, facilitation, and coaching URJ congregations. In addition, Julie is an adjunct professor at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in the School of Education teaching professional learning to current masters of education and clergy education students.
We know that change is hard, and it’s impossible to do alone. Being in relationships with other leaders who find themselves at the same liminal moment of congregational change allows for brave action and necessary risk-taking.
In preparation for the launch of a new course, we reflected on the feedback from past participants about which course concepts impacted participants most.
