Julie Lambert, RJE


Julie Lambert, RJE (MAJE/MAJNM) (she/her) is the Director of Strategic Operations and Leadership for the Congregational Engagement and Leadership Experience team. Julie facilitates collaboration in conjunction with other URJ teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of strategic initiatives across the organization and aligned with URJ annual targets for measuring impact She serves as a part of the innovation strategy team, where she is using her expertise in professional learning design and facilitation to increase the intentionality, efficiency, and accountability of the of the URJ accelerator network. In addition, Julie is an adjunct professor at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in the School of Education teaching professional learning to current masters of education and clergy education students.
